You Tell Us: Do Poor Test Scores Mean Bad Schools?

The Maryland Department of Education released scores on the Maryland State Assessment from schools statewide on Tuesday.

The tests are intended to track performance in core subjects such as math and reading.

Throughout the state, there were  mixed results, as elementary school children continued to show improved test scores, while there was some regression on testing among middle school aged students.
