“I believe nothing is impossible and anything is achievable. As an advocate for the youth, I am trying to make a positive difference through my actions,” said Shantrice Cooper-Mckoy, producer of the talent show and founder of Outstanding People Empowering Change.
She created the group to empower and encourage youth to follow their talent.

“The Children’s Guild is so pleased that Shantrice has chosen us to be beneficiary of this very worthwhile project that fits so well with our mission where we find and cultivate the talent that each of our students has. We are also pleased that some of our students will be in the show,” said Steve Howe, vice president for children, family and community services for The Children’s Guild.
