Smart Meters and Why You Should Opt-Out Now

There are many reasons opt out of Pepco's Smart Meter program. I did for health reasons: Smart Meters emit cancer-causing radiation. This should be our perogative as a customers, yet.... A bill (HB1038) is in play to let us "opt-out" without penalty. I'm in favor of this bill and have contacted my delegates to say so. They want to know what you think.
