DIY Network Show Looking for Families to Film

The show "I Want That" is looking for area families to check out the newest home improvement products around as it films its sixth season.

The DIY Network TV show “I Want That” is casting for participants from the Washington, D.C., area.

The show airs Wednesday nights at 10 p.m. and is seeking attractive men, women, and families who live in the D.C. area.

According to its website, the show takes a look at the hottest home improvement products around, from the latest in lighting to smart appliances and must-have tools and gadgets.

Participation is simple and free. The show’s casting agents request the following information for anyone who wishes to participate:

· Your address and contact information.

· A couple of different photos of you and your family.

· Photos of your home both interior and exterior - as many as you can send. The more photos, the more opportunities you have for products.

· Your availability for the rest of August.

The show asks participants for one full, 10-hour day of shooting in their home with themselves or their friends on camera for product demonstrations. The crew will film three product demonstrations in one day and, almost always, the homeowners will get to keep the products they demonstrate.
