Murray Sidlin, founder of the Defiant Requiem Foundation, will conduct a performance of Defiant Requiem, the story of Jewish inmates at Terezin. The inmates used a smuggled copy of Verdi's "Requiem Mass" to learn and practice performing it in defiance of Hitler and the Nazis.
