Gaithersburg, MD - Detectives from the Montgomery County Police - Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing 14-year-old female from Silver Spring.

Yessica Vasquez Romero was last seen on Tuesday, August 3, on the grounds of Leleck Elementary School.

Vasquez Romero is described as a white female, approximately 5 feet tall and weighs approximately 130 pounds. She has blue eyes and brown hair.

 

Police and family are concerned for her physical and emotional welfare. 

 

It is believed that Vasquez Romero is staying somewhere in the Southampton Drive neighborhood.
