Gaithersburg, MD - Detectives from the Montgomery County Police - 3rd District Investigative Section are asking the public for help in locating a missing Silver Spring woman.

Josephine Nganga, age 26, was last seen by her family at approximately 9 a.m. this morning (Thursday, July 22) at her Blue Valley Drive home. Family has been unable to contact her since that time. At this time, there is no foul play suspected in Nganga’s disappearance.

Nganga is approximately 5’ 4” tall and weighs approximately 200 pounds. She has red hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a white floral dress.

Police and family are concerned for Nganga’s welfare.  

Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Josephine Nganga is asked to call the Montgomery County Police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000 (24-hour line). Callers may remain anonymous.
