Gaithersburg, MD - Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 1st District Investigative Section are asking the public for help in locating a missing Damascus man.

29-year-old Brenton Edward Hayes was last seen on Somerville Drive in Rockville, at approximately 6 p.m. Tuesday afternoon. Hayes was reported to be wearing a bright yellow t-shirt with black horizontal lines on the front, black shorts with a gray stripe down the side and black combat boots.  

Hayes is 5-feet, 11-inches, 220 lbs. Hayes has a tattoo on his right forearm with a possible dove. 

Police and family are concerned for Hayes’ welfare.  

Anyone with information on the whereabout of Brenton Hayes is asked to call the Montgomery County Police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000 (24-hour line). Callers may remain anonymous.
