$13K in Drugs, $9K in Cash Seized in Narcotics Raid
An Annapolis man and Crofton woman face multiple drug charges from the sting, say police.
A drug raid on a Crofton apartment netted about $13,000 worth of cocaine and other drugs, and put two suspects in jail.
Narcotics officers executed a search warrant March 13 at 921 Eastham Court Apt T2 in Crofton. Anne Arundel County Police say the search turned up heroin, cocaine, marijuana, a handgun, about $9,000 cash, and drug paraphernalia for distribution was recovered.

Police charged Damian Demont Cook, 31, of 621 Tripp Creek Court in Annapolis with:
- Possession with the intent to distribute heroin
- Possession of CDS heroin
- Possession with the intent to distribute crack cocaine
- Possession of CDS cocaine
- Possession with the intent to distribute marihuana
- Possession of CDS marijuana
- Possession of firearm while drug trafficking
- Possession of firearm after being convicted of felony
- Possession of ammunition after being convicted of felony
- Knowingly did alter firearm serial number
- Possession of paraphernalia (2 counts)
Janelle Frances Jones, 23, of 921 Eastham Court Apt T2 in Crofton, was charged with:
