3 Boys Arrested In Odenton Theft: Police

Boys ranging in age from 12 to 15 are charged with stealing from a yard in Odenton, and pointing a gun at the homeowner, police say.

ODENTON, MD — Two teenage boys and a pre-teen face theft charges for allegedly pointing a gun at a resident who caught them stealing from his yard. Anne Arundel County Police say a man in the 2200 block of Canteen Circle in Odenton saw the boys taking items from his yard about 5 p.m. Monday.

A man called police, the boys fled and the victim ran after them. One of the teens reportedly stopped and pointed a black handgun at the victim. Officers took all three boys into custody. The gun used during the incident was a CO 2 BB gun.
