A.J. Properties Announces New Leases

The deals include a 10-year renewal from Johns Hopkins and a five-year renewal from Pachanga Grill in Odenton.

on Wednesday announced a series of new commercial leases and renewals at properties in Odenton.

In some cases, the leases were for spaces that A.J. Properties owns. In other cases, representatives from the company helped broker the deals on behalf of landlords, tenants or both.

-A 10-year renewal from Johns Hopkins for its space at the Odenton Health and Technology Campus. There is an additional 64,000 square feet of space available for pre-lease in a third building planned for the campus.

- signed a lease for 2,600 square feet at A.J. Properties’ Academy Junction Plaza. Patch wrote about the Grand Opening at Oasis last month.

-, also located in the Academy Junction Plaza, renewed its lease for another five years. A.J. Properties reports that the restaurant plans to expand its bar area.

-The Baltimore Counseling Center renewed its lease at the Academy Junction Plaza. 

-The Driving Coach Academy renewed its lease at the Academy Junction Plaza.

- in the Seven Oaks Shopping Center signed a lease with new owners. Stuart Title of A.J. Properties represented both the landlord and tenant.

-Columbia Bank is building a branch at the Seven Oaks Shopping Center. Stuart Title of A.J. Properties represented the landlord. The bank could be ready to open this fall.

-Klebasko Environmental signed a lease at the Midway Building in Odenton. Stuart Title of A.J. Properties represented the tenant and landlord.

-Danella Atlantic Corp. also signed a lease at the Midway Building. Stuart Title of A.J. Properties represented both parties.
