Accused Glen Burnie Flasher Arrested

Anne Arundel County Police have arrested 34-year-old Eugene Thomas Baldwin of 253 Margate Drive in Glen Burnie for indecent exposure.

The victim, a 30-year-old Glen Burnie woman, was walking her dog near Gatewater and Ridgewater Courts Monday morning when Baldwin allegedly approached her and revealed his genitals.

Police who searched the area found a suspect matching the victim’s description: a man in his late 20s or early 30s wearing a red shirt, gray shorts, and a gray bandana. Baldwin was detained for questioning and identified by the victim as the man who exposed himself to he.

Police have charged Baldwin with indecent exposure.
