Air Bags Stolen From Cars Parked At Hanover Hotel: Police
Police say the thief targeted cars made by one specific manufacturer.

HANOVER, MD — Anne Arundel County police have seen an uptick in thefts from cars in Hanover. Officers say somebody stole air bags from cars parked in the 7700 block of Arundel Mills Boulevard over the weekend.
Authorities allege that the criminal entered the cars after breaking their driver's side windows. The thief specifically targeted Hondas parked at The Hotel at Arundel Preserve, police claim.
The intrusions happened sometime between 10 p.m. on Saturday and 4 a.m. on Sunday, according to an incident report.

The Anne Arundel County Police Department is still investigating the thefts. They ask anybody with information to call them at (410) 222-6155. Tipsters can remain anonymous by calling (410) 222-4700.
CORRECTION: A previous version of this story said the thefts happened in the parking lot of Arundel Mills Mall. The mall is also located in the 7700 block of Arundel Mills Boulevard, but police say the thefts occurred in the parking lot of The Hotel at Arundel Preserve.
