65-Year-Old Baltimore County Man Charged In Hanover Stabbing: Police

HANOVER, MD — Tony Maurice Horne, a 65-year-old man from Catonsville, was arrested late Wednesday over a stabbing police say stemmed from a parking dispute.

Anne Arundel County Police said Thursday that the incident took place on the 7600 block of Dorchester Boulevard in Hanover.

Responding to the scene just after 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, officers found a 48-year-old man suffering from a stab wound on his torso.

Although the department did not provide specifics on what prompted the dispute, officials said the stabbing followed a disagreement over parking.

Horne was arrested at the scene as the 48-year-old man was hospitalized. Police said the stab wound was not life-threatening.

Court records show Horne is facing four charges, two of which are felonies. They include:

Horne is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 26. He remains held without bond.
