Another professional heard from

I heard about two lawyers who went before the disciplinary board of Pa and received very light disciplinary on their sentences.  Sexual misconduct is not to  be looked at lightly or not at all.  It is a crime that all of us should be trying to stop.  What is it that these professionals think they are above the law and shouldn't get the same punishment as they would make sure that others would get for the same crime? Why do these people think they should get away with it?  And, most importantly why do the boards of these professionals think they should get a smack on the hand and allowed to go back to work to do it again?  These boards should be held responsible for their members actions and if they can't deal with it themselves in an appropriate manner then maybe they should step down from their seats and let someone else more competent to do it.  It is an outrage to see that these two lawyers have done these things and getting less then 2 years suspension between them.  What for the type of things they have done they need more then that, and what about jail time?  Are either of them being criminally charged with it?  Read the article below.
