Arundel H.S. Marching Band Info. Night

The Arundel High School Department of Music will hold an

Information Night about the Fall 2014 Marching Band Program.  The meeting will be held at 7:00 p.m.,

Thursday, June 12 in the Arundel High School Band Room.

Interested students and parents are invited to the

meeting to learn about Arundel’s championship marching band and how they may

join.  Highlights for this fall include

travelling to State Championship at Towson University and the National

Championship at Metlife Stadium in New Jersey.

The marching band has won several awards in the past two

years, including First Place, US Bands Arundel High School Competition, and

Maryland State Champions in class at Towson University; and has travelled to

perform at Disney World and Busch Gardens.

The information meeting will provide a chance to meet

staff, including Mr. Ian Burns, Director of Music, fellow students and

parents.  Details concerning the fall

schedule and summer training will be provided.
