While we go about our lives doing what we all do there is an epidemic stewing in the background. This is something that most people don't know much about and don't want to talk about. This epidemic is real and we need your help to stop it. It is therapist abuse. Therapist abuse happens more often then you think. It comes in many different shapes and sizes.
Therapist abuse is unethical but at this time many states don't have it as illegal. Therapists gets away with abusing their clients all the time. They get a slap on the hand. They might have their license suspended, which means they can and will come back to find another victim.
There are a few that are fighting in Maryland to make therapist abuse a crime. Join us in 2014 make it a crime. Make therapists take responsibility for what they have done. Make them aware that we are not going to sit by ideally anymore and allow them to do this.
Open your eyes and see what is going on all of the world. Here in your own state. Don't just sit there, get up and do something about it.
