New FMLA forms and poster
Employers must post employee rights poster and begin using new FMLA forms by March 7.
For our readers who own a business employing 50 or more employees...On February 5th the U.S. Department of Labor published newly revised FMLA regulations. Covered employers have until March 7th to ensure the new poster is posted and that they are using all the new and updated forms.
