In this workshop, we’ll explore how pain lives within the fascial system and how protective patterns in the nervous system can keep the body in cycles of tension, restriction, and discomfort.
Through guided spiral fascial maneuvers, breath, and somatic awareness, you’ll be led into gentle unwinding—creating space where the body has been bracing.
This is not about forcing change.
It’s about listening, softening, and allowing the body to reorganize.

This workshop is suitable for anyone experiencing chronic pain, tension, or recurring patterns in the body.
Wear loose comfortable clothing and bring plenty of water. Yoga mats are suggested as we may dedicate a portion of time on the ground.
