The department manages specialized recreational facilities, including two swim centers, two golf courses, three ice rinks, a baseball stadium, a softball complex, and programs tailored to diverse needs ranging from school-age childcare to adaptive recreation. The <a href="https://www.ovfc28.org/carnival-2018/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">festivities</a> begin at 6 p.m. May 23-24, at 5 p.m. May 25-26, and opens at 4 p.m. on Memorial Day, May 27. The carnival will be held at 1425 Annapolis Rd. All-you-can-ride bracelets are available for purchase at the event.
