Chili’s A Candidate to Replace Damon’s

Chili’s is one of the potential candidates to at Arundel Mills, according to the property's owner.

Charles J. Frank said Chili’s Grill and Bar is one of the primary candidates to replace Damon’s, which closed in October. It could take weeks to finally decide the replacement due to court processes and transition efforts, Frank said.

“We’re getting lots of interest,” said Frank, that specializes in contract work for industrial buildings. “We probably have had 15 to 20 calls about the property. It’s very popular.”

Frank's business owns the building and property currently used by Damon's.

He said Chili’s could keep its current restaurant location inside Arundel Mills mall, even if they do win the bid to replace Damon’s, Frank said.
