Columbia Bank To Open Branch Near Seven Oaks
The bank has signed a lease near the entrance of the Seven Oaks Shopping Center, a local blog reports.
Columbia Bank will be opening a new branch in North Odenton, a local business blog reports.
Wilson Bros Blog reported Monday that the bank has signed a lease for space near the entrance to the Seven Oaks Shopping Center off of Blue Water Boulevard.
The bank would be the newest tenant in the center, which also serves as home to the new Seven Oaks Office Building.

Both the Columbia Bank site and the office building are owned by the Halle Companies.
The Wilson Bros Blog is operated by of real estate agency Capital CREAG. Kevin Wilson is a broker working on behalf of the Halle Companies' to lease the Seven Oaks Office Building.

In addition to reporting the news of Columbia bank, the blog reported that the 68,753 square-foot building recently got new granite flooring and wood finished walls in its lobby.
UPDATE: Kevin Wilson tells us that the Halle Cos. hope to deliver the pad for the bank by the summer of 2012, with the bank opening in the first quarter of 2013.
