County Lifts Water Restrictions
Emergency repair work on a water main in Baltimore has been completed.

Anne Arundel County has lifted the placed on residents and businesses in the north and west portions of the county.
The county Department of Public Works said a 54-inch water main in Baltimore has been repaired, and that water service from the city has been restored.
Residents had been told to cut down on outdoor water usage and businesses were asked to reduce water consumption 10 percent. The restrictions were put in place July 18.
