We went to this DQ and were charged twice. Once for 178 dollars and a second time for the correct amount. It wasn't until we checked our bank account that we saw the two charges. When we called to complain the worker said that someone would call her back. When the manager did call back she was very rude. She pushed blame on the bank for not catching the mistake, then asked my wife why 178 dollar was a big deal and she didn't have enough to cover it until it was fixed. The mistake was one thing but the treatment afterwards is inexcusable.
