Delaware Woman Killed in Accident at KOA Campground
Speed and alcohol likely played a role when a trike driver slammed into a tree at a Millersville campground, police say.

A three-wheel motorcycle struck a tree in the KOA Campground at 768 Cecil Ave N. about 9:30 p.m. Friday.

The preliminary cause of the crash appears to be the failure to drive in a single lane.
Speed and alcohol also appear to be contributing factors in this crash. Neither occupant was wearing an approved helmet, according to police.
Any charges are pending review by the Anne Arundel County State’s Attorney.
