Discuss: What Do You Like About Living Here?
Everyone likes to complain now and again. But let's take some time to focus on the positive.

Whenever I ask someone how they're doing and they respond by saying "I can't complain," my response is usually "Nah, you can always complain."
It's definitely easy to gripe, and it's probably human nature to find fault with things rather than look at what's going well.
Around Odenton and Severn, we like to complain about a lot of things. The traffic. The construction. The sizes of our school classrooms. The lack of a grocery store to fill the old Super Fresh space.

That said, I don't see people fleeing the community in droves. So this area must have something going for it.
So I'm throwing it out there: What do you like about living in the Odenton and Severn area?

For me, I like being within close proximity to everything. We're within 30 minutes of two major cities, and awfully close to Annapolis. We have some , good schools, relatively low crime and lots of opportunities for recreation. There are plenty of groups involved in serving others, and we are strengthened by the presence of military service members. Also, the people are pretty nice.
