A doctor is charged with rape while doing a pelvic exam on a woman in Yakima. She reported it to the police but the doctor denies it and says he was only giving her a "pelvic massage" which he only does to his close patients.

Why don't these doctors see that rape is rape? Again, I'm not understanding why professionals are taking advantage of their patients/clients like this.
