Cynthia Marie Forrester, 62, of Short Curve Road in Glen Burnie, was pronounced dead at the scene just after 6 a.m. Tuesday, according to Anne Arundel County Police. The single-vehicle crash happened on Odenton Road near Monterey Avenue.
