Artist Workshop at O'Malley Senior Center

Learn how to paint the sky and water in oil or pastels during an artist workshop taught by David Lawton, an art instructor at Anne Arundel Community College. The workshop will take place on July 29 from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the O’Malley Senior Activity Center at 1275 Odenton Road in Odenton. Students must bring their own oils and pastels. Some additional supplies will be provided by the instructor. The class will include art techniques for painting skies, sunsets, clouds, coastal vistas, rainbows, lakes, waves, rock pools and waterfalls. Checks for $20 should be made payable to the instructor.
