"Chefs on the Go" Demonstration at O'Malley Senior Center Annex

The "Chefs on the Go" demonstration takes place on July 7 at 1 p.m. at the O’Malley Senior Activity Center’s Annex at 1270 Odenton Road in Odenton. Chefs Rosalie Falter and Sue Latini will present "Italian Dishes Featuring Summer’s Vegetables and Fruit." The menu includes La Caprese-Mozzarella and Tomato Salad; Pasta with Goat Cheese, Lemon and Asparagus; and Ricotta and Strawberry Parfait. Free recipes and samples will be provided. There is a $3 supply fee, and advanced registration is required.
