'Live Right with ShopRite' Lunch and Learn Seminar Presented by ShopRite and the NAACCC Healthcare and Wellness Committee

The Healthcare and Wellness Committee of the Northern Anne Arundel County Chamber of Commerce (NAACCC) and ShopRite present free Lunch & Learn Seminars on the third Tuesday of each month.
Here is the schedule:
- Tuesday, Aug. 16 - "Stop Bullying & Power Packed Lunch." The topic is presented by Susan Schwartzman, a Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Nurse, and Advocate for Anti- Bullying Education, with the "Pack a Punch with a Power Lunch" overview presented by Janie Ramsey, owner of Snap Fitness in Millersville.
- Tuesday, Sept. 20 - "Alzheimer's Awareness & What's Good for the Heart Is Good for the Brain!" The Alzheimer's Association will present "Alzheimer's Awareness," and the "What's Good for the Heart is Good for the Brain" lunch overview will be presented by Randi Florentine, marketing counselor for Morningside House of Friendship.
- Tuesday, Oct. 18 - "Breakthroughs in Breast Cancer & Fight Cancer with a Fork!" "Breakthroughs in Breast Cancer" will be presented by Dr. Helen Mrose of Bay Radiology and "Fight Cancer with a Fork!" will be presented by cancer survivor Kathryn Devaney of Thomas Financial Services.
- Tuesday, Nov. 15 - "Defeating Diabetes in Children & Adults & Go with Grains, Fill up on Fiber." "Defeating Diabetes in Children & Adults" will be presented by Harbor Hospital's Diabetes Educator, Mary Gianforte, with the overview "Go with Grains, Fill Up with Fiber," presented by Ryan Grant, Manager of Energy Fitness, and Corporate Trainer for Rite Aid.
