Celebrate Oktoberfest at Fort Meade.
The public is invited to an Oktoberfest celebration Sept. 22 to 25 at the Fort Meade Pavilion.
Enjoy German food and beverages, live music and entertainment and more. There will also be special events for children.

These are the festival and carnival ride hours:
- Fri, Sep 23: 5 to 11 p.m.
- Sat, Sep 24: noon to 11 p.m.
- Sun, Sep 25: noon to 10 p.m.

- Fri, Sep 23: Keg tapping by COL Rothstein at 7 p.m.; DJ from 5 to 7 p.m.; German band from 7 to 11 p.m.
- Sat, Sep 24: DJ from noon to 7:30 p.m.; German band and dancers from 7 to 11 p.m.
- Sun, Sep 25: DJ from noon to 7 p.m.
The carnival includes rides for both adults and children. Tickets are $1 each, $19 for 20 tickets or $40 for 50 tickets. All-day wristbands are $18.
