Local residents, Chad Attwood and Valerie Frances, after a 2 year planning odyssey, are relocating the historic, bright red, 2 story, wood frame Jones House - the original station house for the Odenton Train Station from 1401 Annapolis Rd to 1421 Odenton rd, Odenton, MD. The house will be placed across the street from the historic Epiphany Episcopal Church in the historic village area of Odenton. It will be essentially a slow moving house parade that morning. Visitors can park in the train station parking lot which will be empty. Local residents should consider donating to the local Odenton Historic Society that was instrumental in keeping the house as a historic resource and not allowing it or other local historic gems to be torn down to make way for other development projects in the area.
