Ex-Boyfriend Assaults Woman, Stabs Current Boyfriend: Police
Authorities have issued an arrest warrant for a man who assaulted his former girlfriend and then stabbed her current boyfriend in Hanover.

HANOVER, MD — Anne Arundel County Police are searching for a man who reportedly assaulted his former girlfriend and then stabbed her current boyfriend at their Hanover apartment. Bryan Angelo Wright, 25, of no known address, is being sought on an arrest warrant for attempted murder after officers were called Thursday morning to a fight in the 3700 block of Windstream Circle.
A woman told police that when she left her apartment she was confronted by Wright, her ex-boyfriend, who was waiting outside. Wright reportedly forced the woman back into the apartment and began to assault her. The victim's current boyfriend was inside the apartment and attempted to stop the assault, and the two men fought. Wright took out a knife and cut the man several times in the upper body before he fled, police say.
Several officers searched the area but were unable to locate Wright. The man was taken to University of Maryland Shock Trauma with non-life threatening injuries; the woman was not injured.
