Details: The Town Center Committee will review a proposal from the Nellis Corp. relating to improvements at the Daily Diner/Spunk Fitness building in the Odenton Shopping Center. Also, the committee will discuss the issue of whether developers should be granted exemptions to rules requiring a mix of uses in every new project in Odenton.

Public Hearing on Redistricting
When: Monday, 7 p.m.
Where: Arundel Center, 44 Calvert St. Annapolis
Details: The public will have an opportunity to weigh in on the redistricting process for county Districts 6 and 7.
When: Wednesday, 8 p.m.
Where: Kaufmann’s Tavern, 329 Gambrills Rd., Gambrills.
Details: Estrada, an Odenton resident, was the winner of this year’s “Annapolis Idol” competition.
Fort Meade Change of Command Ceremony
When: Tuesday, 9 a.m.
Where: McGlachlin Field, Fort Meade
Details: Fort Meade will hold a ceremony to formally recognize the change of command at the military installation. Col. Daniel Thomas will hand over command to Col. Edward Rothstein
Fort Meade Newcomers and Community Fair
When: Saturday, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Where: McGilL Training Center, Fort Meade
