Details: The chamber of commerce hosts Roger Kind, the executive director of the Defense Media Activities at Fort Meade. Learn all about the agency’s move into new headquarters at the military installation. $20 for chamber members, $30 for non-members.

Details: The committee holds its monthly meeting to review development projects in the Odenton Town Center. The public is welcome to attend.

Military Career Advancement Expo at Fort Meade

Where: McGill Training Center, 8452 Zimborski Ave., Fort Meade

Details: This event, which is open to the public, will feature all branches of the military. The expo is designed to offer soldiers and anyone contemplating military service about jobs, benefits and special programs.
