Five Vehicles Damaged in BWI Airport Garage Fire
Monday's fire in a parking garage likely began with a mechanical malfunction in one of the vehicles.

A mechanical problem with one vehicle likely started a fire that damaged a total of five vehicles in a parking garage at BWI-Thurgood Marshall Airport.
The fire was reported at 2:45 p.m. Monday on the sixth level of the airport’s hourly garage, airport spokesman Jonathan Dean told The Capital-Gazette.
BWI firefighters put out the fire and cleared away damage.

No injuries were reported.
The fire did not affect airport operations, says WBAL TV. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
