Fort Meade to Host Youth Job Fair

Employers are still needed to man tables at the March 1 event, which is tailored to people between the ages of 16 and 21.

Young people looking for work may get some help at a special job fair on March 1 at Fort Meade.

The installation will host a youth job fair from 3-6 p.m., with people aged 16 to 21 encouraged to attend. The fair is sponsored by state and county workforce development agencies and the Fort Meade Morale, Wellfare and Recreation (MWR) office.

The fair will be held inside the McGill Training Center at 8452 Zimborski Ave., Fort Meade.

Fort Meade officials said they were still seeking employers to attend the event, which is free of charge for companies and prospective job applicants.
