October 25th was the start of the official Girl Scout Cookie Booth Sales. Please be on the lookout for our local Girl Scouts and help support the Girl Scout Troops. They can be seen all over the county, mostly on the weekends. They will be out in full force on Election Day as well. If you would like to locate a booth near you go to www.gscm.org and click on Cookies. You can enter your zip code and see where booths are set-up. Stock up on this once a year treat. Troop 1275 was at the Gambrills Wawa on Sunday and had a very successful booth. Thank you to all who supported troop 1275.
Cadette Girl Scout, Sydney Harris was representing her troop decked out in a Shortbread Cookie costume. The cookies are $4 per box and the proceeds help fund troops activities, projects, trips and events throughout the year.
