How many times does someone have to get raped?

One time is too many and rape is rape no matter who is doing it.  These states that don't have laws on professionals and/or therapists that take advantage of their clients are living in another world.  Wake up and smell the coffee.  Do something to help the victims of our country instead of hiding it under the rug.  These people are worse then the guy on the street that just picks someone and rapes them because he goes away after the rape.  Our therapists keep doing it over and over again.
When the victim does go to try and report it to the police, they make them live it all over again-in which most times they do nothing.  Then they report it to the proper board in their area, most the time they do nothing.  When they try to help others they take it to the legislators to try and make it a law where they get beat down.  They want to do more studies-which will put a holding on making it law for a few more years.
This is too much for one person to handle alone, join the cause and help make Lynette's Law for Maryland a law.  Don't make these victims to keep suffering in silence, give them a voice.
Here is a good article on some of this.
