Important June 2 Vote to Stop Landfill Development in Odenton & Gambrills

BILL NO. 21-14 will be before the Anne Arundel County Council to stop the development of two landfills in the Odenton- Gambrills Areas.  During a Town hall Meeting on May 28, 2014 at Piney Orchard Elementary School County Councilman Jamie Benoit explained a very important vote will take place this Monday, June 2 at 7:00 pm before the County Council Meeting at 44 Calvert Street Annapolis, MD. 21401. Residents who are against the landfill are encouraged to attend the Council meeting and urge their representative to vote "yes" to support Benoit's bill to stop the landfills.  Additional details can be obtained from Jamie Benoit's Office at (410) 222-1401.
