As stated, I am a former Marine certified educator possessing Masters level criteria. I am extremely disappointed with our public education model. This is one craft that you can use to tutor your own children. I call them junior abacus blocks. One wobbles when stacked, the other uses chalkboard paint. One uses Dolch site words while the other can be customized. Both use images from the penny, half dollar, dime and nickel. There is a lot of contiguity here and it is a phenomenal idea!
