The polling center will be open everyday through March 29 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Anyone who is registered to vote and qualified to vote in the primary election can cast their ballot early. Maryland to help cut down on crowds on election day. This year's primary election ballot includes candidates running to be the nominee for president and U.S. senator. Campaign signs lined the parking lot at the West County Area Library Monday, and there appeared to be a few people taking advantage. The library itself remained open.
