Therapist abuse comes in many shapes and sizes but no matter what shape or size it should be illegal. The therapist and their office is a place that you should be able to go and talk freely on what is bothering you. It is a peaceful place that you trust to talk about anything. It is not a place you hate going or fear going.
They are suppose to be there to help their clients, not to help themselves to their clients. Therapists that take advantage of their patients in their time of need should be held responsible for their actions. It should be a crime and we should punish them for that crime.
