Rail commuters will have a chance to speak with MARC managers Oct. 9 during an informal session at Union Station.
Officials from MARC, Amtrak and CSX will make themselves available between 3 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. and said they will be giving out free goodies.

This could be a extra chance to express concern over the storm-related signal outages on the Penn Line, which led to long commutes between Baltimore and Washington, DC on Sept. 18 and 19.
