The public will have a chance to comment Thursday on plans to develop 220 homes on the Boyer Farm property in Severn.  Dreamcraft Homes has received a special zoning exemption <a href="http://www.lpda.net/index.php?/portfolio/detail/boyer_farm/" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">to develop the 50-acre property</a>, which is currently a vegetable farm at the corner of Severn and Harmans Roads. Thursday's meeting will take place at the at 6 p.m.
