On Friday, Perry's will host Quick Change, a local southern-fried rock band who has been performing together in one iteration or another since 1990. The band's sound "has its roots from the smooth country rock of George Strait, the hard driving Southern Rock of Lynyrd Skynyrd, to the ultimate in classic rock from Bad Company," according to the group's official website. There's no cover at Perry's.
On Saturday, Perry's will have music from Poverty Ridge, described as "not your mamma's classic rock." The group's website has some videos of recent performances, and there's a pretty good audio clip of a cover of Rod Stewart's "Maggie May."

Inside the lounge at Kaufmann's on Friday night, there will be music from The G.F.F., a three-member band featuring guys from Crofton and Bowie. The band is known for acoustic, classic and modern rock. Check out their Facebook page for clips of them peforming live.
On Saturday, Kaufmann's will have music from PJ and Neal. We'll be honest ... we don't know a thing about this band. They have no web presence whatsoever. So, we're going to just assume that "PJ" stands for Pearl Jam and "Neal" is code for Neil Young. If you're a PJ and Neal fan, tell us more about them by leaving a comment on the site.
Maybe R.E.M. and U2 will show up, too.
