Odenton, Crofton 7-Eleven Robber Arrested: Police

An Annapolis man has been charged in the armed robberies of 7-Eleven stores in Crofton and Odenton, police say.

ODENTON, MD — An Annapolis man is accused of robing convenience stores in Odenton and Crofton in the last two weeks. Anne Arundel County Police detectives identified Amnio Alonzo Grier, 29, of the first block of Regatta Bay Court, as the robber in both cases.

Police received a report of a robbery at the 7-Eleven store at 1101 Annapolis Road in Odenton just after 1 p.m. on Feb. 28. The clerk said the robber was armed with a silver revolver, and demanded cash. Once the employee turned over the money, the robber fled.

Investigators determined the same man held up the 7-Eleven store at 2046 Davidsonville Road in Crofton on Feb. 20.

Grier was located Monday and taken into custody on two counts of armed robbery and related charges, police said.
