Odenton Printing Firm Among Fastest Growing in Country

An Odenton printing firm has been named one of the 5,000 fastest-growing companies in the country by a major business magazine. 

Gasch Printing, family-owned business specializing in digital printing and production of short-run books, was included in the “Inc. Magazine 500/5000” list, which recognizes private companies for their growth in the previous year.

Gasch was one of 24 companies in or near Anne Arundel County on the Inc. list, with another three companies honored by Deloitte and Touche in its “Technology Fast 500” rankings.

According to Inc. Magazine, Gasch saw revenue of $2.6 million in 2010, a 168 percent increase from 2007. It now has 15 employees, up from 12 the previous year and 9 in 2007. The magazine ranked Gasch 1,621 out of 5,000 firms on the list, and number 141 in its industry.

The Deloitte and Touche “Technology Fast 500” list included PharmAthene, Inc., TeleCommunication Systems, Inc. and Zenoss, all based in Annapolis.
