Picerne Military Housing Wins Top Honors in Survey

The provider of homes on Fort Meade was ranked first in a survey of customer satisfaction.

The provider of on-base housing at Fort Meade earned top honors in a recent customer satisfaction survey.

Picerne Military Housing ranked first in the 2011 SatisFacts Annual Resident Survey of portfolios with at least 10,000 homes.

Picerne also won the 2011 SatisFacts Superior Resident Satisfaction Company Award. It earned a rating of 4.22 out of five for speed and responsiveness to customer service requests, and a 4.20 for office responsiveness and dependability. Any score higher than 4.0 is considered “superior.”

SatisFacts surveyed nearly 150 property management firms over the phone and online.

Picerne has constructed six communities of homes on Fort Meade since 2003. It built 856 new homes and has completed more than 1,400 renovations of homes built by the U.S. Army.

Picerne has partnered with the Army on ownership for more than 20,000 homes, including those on Fort Meade and at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Fort Bragg,  Fort Polk, Fort Riley, Fort Rucker and Fort Sill.
